At https://deezprintz.com/, all our products are made-to-order. This means that once you place an order, we print your item(s) specifically for you, ensuring the best quality and attention to detail.

While we produce some of our items in-house at our U.S. facilities, we also work with trusted suppliers worldwide to provide a diverse selection of high-quality products. Every vendor we collaborate with adheres to strict quality control standards, which is why our estimated delivery times are as follows.

Shipping Carriers:

We use a variety of shipping carriers to deliver your order safely and efficiently, including USPS, DHL, EMS, and Local Post.

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received.

We process orders on business days (Monday–Friday, Eastern Standard Time), excluding U.S. postal holidays:

Important Notes:

  • Canvas and Bumper Plate Keychain/Ornament products are available only in the U.S.
  • Canvas, Poster, and Metal Sign orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.
  • When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package’s journey.
  • If your order requires personalization or modifications, additional time may be needed for customization, depending on the complexity of your request.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email notifications and can log in to our website for real-time tracking.

  • Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking emails.
  • Please allow 5–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is unavailable, it likely means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel.

If your package has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us so we can assist you.


Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • If an error is detected in your address, we may attempt to contact you for correction. However, this could delay delivery.
  • https://deezprintz.com/ is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
  • Orders that are returned due to incorrect addresses will be sent back to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of.
  • If you need your order re-shipped after an incorrect address issue, a re-shipping fee will apply.
  • If you request the carrier to forward or redirect your package after it leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.
