To report content that you believe infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, submit a ticket using the process outlined below.
A. Reporting Procedure
Our policy includes:
- Removing or restricting access to content that, in good faith, we believe infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
- Terminating services for repeat infringers.
To file a copyright infringement notice, provide the following details:
- Identification of the copyrighted work or intellectual property allegedly infringed, along with its registration number (if applicable).
- Description of the infringing content, including how it violates your rights and where it is located on our website.
- Your contact details, including full name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
- A statement confirming that you believe the disputed use is unauthorized by you, your agent, or the law.
- A declaration, under penalty of perjury, affirming the accuracy of your claim and your authority to act on behalf of the rights holder.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Once we receive a valid infringement notice, we will review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content in question.
B. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe the removed content was taken down due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Identification of the removed content and its location before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, affirming your good faith belief that the content was wrongfully removed.
- Your contact details (full name, mailing address, phone number, and email).
- A declaration consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court in your area.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may notify the original claimant and restore the content within 10-14 business days unless a legal action is filed.
